How Delivery Works

From our door to yours, anywhere in South Africa 🚚

We want you to know exactly what to expect, so there are no surprises. Here’s how it works:

---

1. You place your order 🛒
As soon as you order, you’ll get an email confirming everything you’ve bought.

2. We get your activities ready 📦
Some of our products come to us from our international suppliers. Once everything for your order has arrived with us, we check it and pack it with care. Please note that we do not send any other updates during this time, rest assured that your order is being processed and will be shipped in the timeframe specified.

3. We send it with Aramex 🚚
When your parcel leaves us, we’ll email you your Aramex tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

4. It arrives at your door 🎉
Delivery takes 24 - 48 hours from Aramex collection date, anywhere in South Africa: cities, towns and smaller areas too.
