These terms apply to your use of the Boredom Busters website and any purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colours, designs, sizes and packaging may vary slightly from images shown. If an item in a box or kit becomes unavailable, we may replace it with an item of similar or greater value.

3. Safety and age guidelines
Please follow the age recommendations, instructions and safety warnings supplied with each product. Adult supervision is recommended for young children. Products containing small parts are not suitable for children under 3. Batteries are not included unless stated.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Delivery fees are shown at checkout before payment. Prices may change at any time without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.

5. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or product error, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Delivery
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Additional costs caused by incorrect details or failed delivery attempts are for the customer’s account.

7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and graphics, belongs to Boredom Busters and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Boredom Busters is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products, including injury or damage caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions or age guidelines, or lack of adult supervision. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under South African consumer law.
